- Items must be new, unworn, and in original packaging.
- The shoe box must not be damaged or used as a shipping box.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
- We do not offer exchanges — if you’d like a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.
To start a return, visit our Return Portal on Bearpawfootwear.ca or contact our Customer Service team at info@bearpawfootwear.com.
You’ll need your order number and email address used at checkout.
Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions.
- A $9.99 restocking fee per item applies to all returns processed through our return system.
- The original shipping fee of $12.99 CAD is non-refundable.
- If you choose to use your own carrier, return shipping costs are your responsibility, and we recommend using a trackable service.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is completed.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@bearpawfootwear.com.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
This return policy applies only to purchases made on Bearpawfootwear.ca.
If you purchased your Bearpaw shoes from another retailer, please contact them directly for assistance with their return process.
Bearpaw Canada is an online-only store, and we currently do not accept in-person returns or exchanges.
